Over the past 3 years, we’ve worked with brands like Adobe, upGrad, Swiggy, Dunzo, BusinessWorld, Digit, Shiksha.com, Rapido, BookMyShow, UrbanClap, Yatra, Bewakoof, YourStory, Bharat Matrimony, and 300+ other brands. We have over 30,000+ writers and graphic designers who have applied to Pepper so far, who form part of the ‘Pepper Cloud’.

At Pepper Content, A Product Manager on the Marketplace platform, you’ll get a front row seat to building a content marketplace platform which would enable companies and individuals looking to get content created whenever they want. The role would require the person to design seamless and customer friendly ordering experience, for both small and big order values. You’d also be responsible for key business objectives and will work closely with our client engagement teams.
Curate the roadmap needed to deliver on key business goals for the platform.
Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional team leads and the leadership team.
Build product features that optimize operational efficiency
Partner with Engineering, Data Science and Design to execute, test and scale platform features.
Talk to customers and our client servicing team and understand requirements.
Market & competitor research for deeper understanding and inspiration
Build product roadmaps.
Work with Design to develop product requirements for engineering.
Work with engineering on executing their vision
Work with marketing on Go-To-Market strategies for each feature
The ideal candidate must have -
3 - 6 years of product management experience.
Possess eye to detail for operational processes
Preferred if have operations experience as well
Demonstrated track record of product innovation and ability to influence teams
Passion for building great user experiences
Radical thinking paired with strong, tenacious execution. Ability to envision a world different than the status quo and articulate and drive a clear path to get us there
Prior experience with content marketplaces or content operations is a plus but not require
