Pepper (www.peppercontent.io) is building India’s largest content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 10 content verticals and 150+ content categories, 40+ content verticals, and 40+ global languages. Over the past 3.5 years, we’ve worked with brands like Adobe, upGrad, Swiggy, Dunzo, BusinessWorld, Digit, Shiksha.com, Rapido, BookMyShow, UrbanClap, Yatra, Bewakoof, YourStory, Bharat Matrimony, and 1000+ other brands. We have over 45,000+ writers and graphic designers who have applied to Pepper so far, who form part of the ‘Pepper Cloud’.
The Supply Acquisition Manager - Marketing and Branding will be a key stakeholder in building the largest ecosystem of content creators across the globe for different verticals such as content writing, vernacular content, graphic designing, etc. The individual will lead Pepper’s efforts in the acquisition of creators as per the business plans while parallelly building the brand for Pepper in the creator community. Primary responsibilities will include increasing the organic registrations by designing initiatives for creator outreach, building partnerships and alliances, and working closely with the marketing team. The ideal candidate should have had experiences in working in/ with the marketing team, partnerships and alliances experience, good business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a hustling character!
The individual will report to the Director of Supply. It is a full-time role based out of Mumbai.
Over the next few months, Pepper plans to increase its creator force exponentially across its different verticals. Strategy and execution of initiatives for the acquisition of creators in building this high growth community
Huge collaborations with the marketing team to be able to plan and execute projects
Conducting A/B experimenting on the lead acquisition experiences to constantly innovate and improve through existing and new channels
Liasoning with the marketing team to create long-term and targeted short-term online and offline campaigns over all the platforms to meet the strategic and tactical business demands
Monitor, optimize, and report performance of the initiatives and campaigns on a day-to-day basis
Someone who can grow the creator community participation at Pepper
Building partnerships and alliances with different organizations and forums globally to build a consistently growing source of creators
Drive continuous improvement by proactive actioning on the feedback and data points to improve the quality and conversion of lead sources
Creating and monitoring the important data points determining the success of creator acquisition exercise
Design and execution of special projects for creating brand awareness for Pepper
The ideal candidate must have -
Prior work experience of 3-5 years
Experience of working in a product marketing role would be most preferred. Other Branding and Marketing roles would also be considered
Looking at data-driven approaches to determine the success of the campaigns, performance, SEO, etc.
Strong experience in managing highly fluid work environments and managing multiple projects at the same time
Prior experience of a managerial role or the ability to grow into one
