Pepper (www.peppercontent.in) is building India’s largest content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 10 content verticals and 150+ content categories, 40+ content verticals, and 40+ global languages.
We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery, and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings, engage a wide spectrum of content creators and at the same time, scale up our existing services. To fuel all this, we have some exciting product ideas planned, and we are looking for stellar folks who can ideate, plan and execute upon them to get the product out of the door.
Build on product messaging that sets our products apart from the others in the market
Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
Build sales enablement and marketing content in the form of lead magnets, messaging guides & push notifications
Monitor key performance indicators, make data-driven recommendations and advocate for internal resources required to drive growth
Build, manage and optimize outbound lead generation campaigns with advertising through referral and other product led-channels
Build and maintain solid analytics around north-star metrics to measure our product
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and in product-content
Build user personas to develop customised offerings for different user groups
Develop standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, KPI reporting, & other activities related to product marketing
Develop product marketing strategies around pricing, advertising and product launches
Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
Work experience of 3-4 years as a Product Marketer, preferably in a SaaS/ product startup
Background in design and ad copy is a plus
Experience in market and competitor analysis
Working knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Tag Manager
Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of English (or primary customer) language.
Strong experience in managing highly fluid work environments and in managing multiple at the same time
Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments with limited information
