In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by staying updated with product enhancements and effectively addressing customer concerns. Additionally, you will contribute to product evangelism and go-to-market (GTM) operations by scheduling demos and identifying opportunities for improvement based on client usage.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include the following:
Understanding and keeping yourself updated with Product Enhancements and new features at Pepper Content
Understanding and answering customer concerns over support channels
Scheduling demos of new features with notable leads
Looking at client usage videos to identify breakpoints and bringing that feedback to PMs
