Over the past 3.5 years, we’ve worked with brands like Adobe, upGrad, Swiggy, Dunzo, BusinessWorld, Digit, Shiksha.com, Rapido, BookMyShow, UrbanClap, Yatra, Bewakoof, YourStory, Bharat Matrimony, and 1000+ other brands. We have over 45,000+ writers and graphic designers who have applied to Pepper so far, who form part of the ‘Pepper Cloud’.
We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings, engage a wide spectrum of content creators and at the same time, scale up our existing services.
A Program Manager - Quality will be responsible for owning various efforts across different pillars for improving the quality of the output which we are producing. He/ She will be owning different initiatives across different pillars for Quality - Client, Operations, Supply, and Editorial. This will be essentially driving special projects across these underlying stakes of quality through the process and product improvements and eventually making it a part of the BAU. He/ She will be responsible for doing it across different categories. This individual will report directly to the Category Leads of each of the business units. The role is based out of Mumbai.
End-to-end planning, execution, tracking, and impact tracking of all projects undertaken for improving quality output across categories at Pepper
Identifying major problem statements across different levers for quality in liaison with the Category Lead and other necessary stakeholders
Designing product and process improvements on each such problem statement by picking them up as a special project
Execution of actionability as a preventive measure on all client grievances and working on improving client NPS
Stakeholder alignment as a Program Manager for all relevant teams working on all the initiatives
The ideal candidate must have -
Prior work experience of 2-5 years
Individuals with experience in the Founders’ Office team or as Program Managers across different high growth startups
Consulting experience is a big plus
Should have managed projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams
Strong operational projects background would be majorly beneficial
An analytical thought process with data-driven approach to problem-solving
Strong experience in managing highly fluid work environments and in managing multiple at the same time
