Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem. 


We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. To fuel all this, we have some exciting plans, and we are looking for someone in the capacity of Account Management / Customer Success to join our business team and build upon these ideas.


At Pepper Content, you will: 

  • Responsible for end-to-end customer onboarding and mapping customer journey
  • Contributing to the Business-Product cadence to drive customer insights along with the product and engineering team
  • Regularly tracking the Customer NPS and driving insights
  • work closely with Sales Representatives to close deals and identify upsell opportunities with their customers.
  • Driving cross-functional actions and stakeholder management to bridge the gaps found and then create redressal mechanisms
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
  • Scheduling calls, interactions, and gestures including in-person meetings that foster customer relationships
  • Provide customized training to the customers on our product
  • Maintain and monitor Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews

Should apply if you have: 

  • Proven work experience in customer success profile of minimum 4 years and have a great product acumen
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with the existing and new customers
  • Should be able to get a sense of overt dependence of customers on certain features or modules
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales/customer success in startups preferably
  • Should also be able to communicate clearly with customers to create strategies that help customers really succeed with their KPIs
  • Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
