    Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our India team. You’ll play a critical role in the top-of-funnel sales process by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team. If you're passionate about connecting with people, identifying potential clients, and setting the stage for high-impact sales conversations, this is the role for you.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research, identify, and reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit based on predefined criteria.
    • Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives and help build a strong pipeline.
    • Use CRM tools to track activity, update lead information, and maintain accurate records.
    • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-up efforts.
    • Gather market intelligence and prospect feedback to improve outreach strategies.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and outreach activity.


    Qualifications:

    • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
    • Self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.
    • Familiarity with the Indian B2B market is a plus.
