Over the past 2.5 years we’ve worked with brands like India Today, Amazon India, Adobe, Swiggy, Dunzo, Businessworld, Times Group, Digit, Wittyfeed, YourStory etc. along with 750+ brand companies like BookMyShow, UpGrad, Yulu, Paisabazaar, Zivame, Yatra, Bewakoof, Imarticus Learning etc. to create content that is meticulous and customized according to our clients' needs.
We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings and ensure the quality of deliveries are top notch. To achieve this, we are looking for a content marketing manager who will work closely with the content marketing lead and Pepper’s marketing team to create a robust content workflow for us.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

Overlooking and managing the entire text content operations for Pepper’s content marketing efforts including the blog and repurposed content
Collaborating with stakeholders such as SEO, writers, editors, social media and content distribution teams.
Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high quality content and tracking progress across writing, design and publication.
Assisting in content marketing initiatives like blog, case studies, lead magnets, landing pages so on and so forth
Identifying and removing roadblocks in executing any content project and getting work done
Working with the content lead to make sure the entire content workflow is error-free and efficient
The ideal candidate must have -
2-3 years of experience in a high growth start-up in an execution/ operations first role with a good understanding of content marketing structures
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Should understand basics of SEO, wordpress
Should have all that it takes to succeed in a startup environment flexibility, ability to multitask and deliver under pressure, and a high level of ownership
